I’m a cook, recipe developer and eating enthusiast.
Born to Polish immigrant parents, I grew up in the culinary melting pot of Melbourne. Dinner parties, trips to the Queen Victoria Market and cooking at the kitchen bench alongside the grown ups formed the centrepiece of my childhood.
Starting out as a glassy at the local Irish pub, I worked my way up to working as a chef, and eventually head chef of some of the southern Gold Coast's most loved casual dining venues. When me and my partner (who's also a chef!) started our family, I stepped away from commercial kitchens, but on mat leave round 2, I found my way back to the world of food through sharing easy, delicious recipes on social media.
You’ll still find me making fancy salads and tray dumps over at @vewnuk, but in 2026: we’re cooking irl again. From intimate dinner parties and brand events to long-term clients who just want good food without the fuss, made right at home. I can’t wait to chat about your vision (and what we’ll be cooking).
